Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and energetic Inside Sales Manager, preferably a woman, to join our team. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in promoting our B2B SaaS product for ESG/Sustainability and expanding our customer base.
Job Description:
Learn and understand our B2B SaaS product for ESG/Sustainability and prospective clients thoroughly.
Source new sales opportunities through outbound reach, including cold emails, LinkedIn or phone calls, and other channels to reach large or medium-sized companies.
Contact and engage senior leadership of large and medium companies, providing them with comprehensive information about our company and products.
Follow up with clients to schedule meetings and demos of our SaaS platform.
Execute planned sales activities and develop a target list of high-potential new customers.
Maintain a management information system (MIS) in CRM/Excel to track sales activities and customer interactions.
Candidate Requirements:
Proactive and initiative-driven approach to work.
Exceptional communication skills, including active listening, and a positive and energetic phone presence.
Ability to proactively engage senior corporate executives for meetings (online/offline).
The strategy-driven mindset with a research-based approach.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and proficiency in navigating the internet.
Strong multitasking abilities, with the capability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
Flexibility in approaching work and a willingness to learn new skills.
