Position: Inside Sales Manager
Reports to: National Sales Manager
Basic Function
Candidate shall promote Scientific products to various Institutes, academia, Industries, Pharma, Biopharma, CRO and allied customers.
Candidate will provide product training on the products sold to customers.
Candidate will provide scientific and technical assistance to users
Duties and Responsibilities
Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Organizing weekly schedules for sales team along with regional managers.
Supervising and guiding the sales team
Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
Daily updates to check frequency of visits to customers.
Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
Generate leads for all Medispec Lab products.
Develop advanced level skills with all Channel partners Products from Agilent, Syngene, Nuaire, GESIM, etc. Stay current on new assays.
Phone and/or email communication in support of Data Analysis software for customers
Interact with field-based application specialists and sales team..
Participate and represent Medispec at local / regional vendor shows and present seminars
and posters.
Prepare daily and/or weekly reports, using our CRM system regarding sales teams customer visit’s, leads generated, action taken, sales demonstrations and other field activities.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience –
Require an advanced Science degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or related major.
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills.
Moderate knowledge of ELISA, PCR, Flow Cytometry, Electrophoresis, Imaging, Fluorescence and Luminescence assays gained in academic or industrial lab.
