Responsibilities:
• Identify and prospect potential customers: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers who can benefit from Salesforce products and services. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, referrals, and attending industry events.
• Sales strategy development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue generation. Collaborate with the sales team and other stakeholders to identify key target markets, create compelling value propositions, and tailor sales approaches to specific customer needs.
• Customer relationship management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct thorough needs assessments and develop tailored solutions to address their business challenges using Salesforce products and services. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Sales presentations and demonstrations: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers. Clearly communicate the value proposition and benefits of Salesforce solutions, showcasing how they can address specific customer pain points and deliver tangible business outcomes.
• Proposal development and negotiation: Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive proposals that meet customer requirements. Lead negotiations with clients, addressing any concerns or objections, and working towards mutually beneficial agreements.
• Market intelligence: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the Salesforce ecosystem. Analyze market conditions and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and propose innovative strategies to gain a competitive edge.
• Collaboration and teamwork: Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure smooth handoffs and provide a seamless customer experience. Share insights, best practices, and market feedback with the broader team to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, solutions, and their applications in various industries.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
