Job Description : Inside Sales & Marketing Executive
Roles and Responsibilities :
• Promote CRM & ERP software solutions to high-end clients.
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales.
• Reach out to prospective clients and schedule product demos.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Deliver effective and customized demos based on client requirements.
• Create and present proposals to clients, ensuring their needs are met.
• Recommend the best possible solutions tailored to each client's needs.
• This position involves no fieldwork; all interactions will be virtual.
• Adhere to company policies and processes.
• Be a proactive team player, driven by self-motivation.
• Ensure client demands are fully captured, understood, and met, creating a positive client experience.
• Communicate and negotiate with clients using appropriate business practices.
Desired Candidate Profile :
• 0 to 2 years of experience in selling ERP or CRM software.
• Proven experience in delivering software demos.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Must have experience with MS Office.
• Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate availability preferred.
Compensation : Around INR 15K to 20K Per Month
