Making outbound calls to potential customers.
Pitching products or services and generating leads.
Following up with leads to convert them into customers.
Maintaining accurate records of calls and customer information.
Meeting sales targets and reporting daily activity.
Requirements:
6 months of telecalling or inside sales experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
