UInside Sales Officer for Chennai
Sales Coordination:
Sending offers to HT customers
Preparation of sales invoice of HT through SAP
Customers follow-up for orders, collections etc
Customer Satisfaction:
Coordinating with customers for pick up and drop of materials,
dispatch details, and heat treatment status.
Coordinating with transporters for logistics arrangements
Payment Outstanding Followups:
Holding material dispatch until receiving outstanding details from accounts department
Production Team Coordination:-
Maintaining of ISO documents for all the commercial activities in HT
Coordinating with inside sales and outside sales teams for loads
Issuing purchase orders pertains to HT consumables and contracts(AMC
