First point of contact for in person customers, phone sales and directing calls within the company. Order data input and truck scheduling
Job Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls and emails, to promote our products and services.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that drive sales growth.
Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in an inside sales role.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to understand technical products and convey their benefits effectively to customers.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
