In Australia, we’ve been making an impact since 1+82. We’re now looking for a confident and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our Brisbane team and help drive our next phase of growth.
What You’ll Do
This is a relationship-focused role where you’ll connect with small to medium business customers, helping them find the right waste management solutions while supporting the broader sales team.
Your key responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls to build a quality pipeline
Convert prospects into customers and renew existing accounts
Promote REMONDIS services tailored to customer needs
Maintain and update CRM records to track progress
Collaborate with operations, customer service, and the wider sales team
Support marketing campaigns and share insights from customer feedback
Stay proactive with follow-ups to keep deals moving
What You Bring
You’re a natural communicator with a sales mindset, a strong phone presence, and the drive to exceed targets. You enjoy helping customers and spotting opportunities in every conversation.
We’re looking for:
Experience in sales or customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confidence using CRM systems and solid IT skills
Motivation, resilience, and a hunger to learn
Great time management and attention to detail
Experience in the waste or environmental industry is a bonus—but not required
