Role Description
This is a full-time Inside Sales Representative role located in New Delhi, requiring a proactive and passionate individual to play an integral role in the business growth of our company. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating new sales leads and conducting sales activities via email, phone, and virtual meetings. You will also perform market research to identify new business opportunities and maintain accurate customer records.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced sales environment and work under pressure to meet sales targets
• Fluent in English and Hindi or any two regional languages from North India, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
