About the job

Fandoro Technologies Pvt Ltd, a leading Sustainability SaaS and Consulting services company, is seeking a Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and growth for our company and expanding our customer base.
You will be responsible for initiating and managing sales opportunities through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.

Your primary goal is to convert leads into customers, upsell and cross-sell products or services, and provide exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and developing strong relationships with clients.
You will also collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to identify market trends and drive product development. This position offers excellent growth potential and the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success.

Responsibilities

Identify Prospects:
Conduct lead generation activities, market research, and database management to find potential customers.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.
Attend industry events and network to identify new business opportunities.

Engage Customers:
Initiate and maintain contact with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs.
Provide product information and demonstrations to clients.
Establish and nurture long-term relationships for repeat business and customer loyalty.

Manage Sales Process:
Record, track, and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.

Analyze and Report:
Generate and present sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to the sales manager.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

A bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.

0-1 years of experience in sales or a related field.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in using standard office software and CRM tools.

A strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
