BRIEF ABOUT THE ROLE:
You should be able to engage with customer’s various personas to uncover digital transformation initiatives. We expect you to be fast learner and be well-versed with Cloud technology and corresponding Microsoft’s solutions. You will have to build and maintain relationships with customers by collaborating with internal teams. Maintaining weekly pipe and closure of customer orders will be your day-to-day activities and Bitscape expects you to fulfil that with utmost passion. This will be an office job and you will be required to contact customers through phone-calls and unified communication tools like Microsoft Teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Execution:
Identify of newer opportunities every day and build predictable pipe of opportunities and update in CRM in real-time.
Engage in conversations with customers / prospects to introduce Bitscape, its services, how Microsoft solutions can help achieve digital transformation and what value add Bitscape can do.
Identify various customer / prospect personas, including decision makers and influencers.
Work jointly with relevant teams e.g., field sales, pre-sales etc. for demo, POC, techno-commercial discussions and closures.
Collaborate with internal teams to take every opportunity to its logical conclusion and drive extra revenue by introducing Bitscape’s managed services.
Communicate proposed solutions effectively and share techno-commercials to the prospects, when required.
Collaboration and Upsell:
Collaborate with field sales, manager, pre-sales and service delivery teams to cross-sell, up-sell, and co-sell managed services.
Drive demos, POCs and Cloud consumption plans with customers / prospects.
Learning:
Continuously learning various products and technologies is essential to be effective in customer conversations.
Learning will help you asking customers / prospects relevant questions and understand their business needs better.
Other Operations:
Update CRM in real-time.
Maintain customer records.
Be courteous and prompt in email and verbal communication.
Track achievement against target and update management team on a weekly basis.
Participate in weekly review calls.
Ensure ZERO customer overdues.
