Job Description
We are looking for a resilient, empathic Inside Sales Representative to contribute to the growth of our company. Inside Sales Representative are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption. You will also be required to build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship.
To be successful as a Inside Sales Representative, you should attend networking events with the intention of attracting and retaining clientele. Ultimately, an outstandingInside Sales Representative will keep a close eye on clients' feedback to ensure that our products and services always exceed expectations.
Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Present our company to potential prospects
Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Executives
Report to the Sales Manager on sales results
Inside Sales Representative Requirements:
Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
Extensive IT sales experience.
Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
Professional yet affable disposition.
Great networking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
Emboldened by challenges.
