Handled phone calls and , phone, internet, or other services such as premium channels, and international calling, achieving sales goals and milestones.
• Conducted proactive consultative needs analysis for new and existing customers, developing product solutions which met the needs of each customer.
• Achieved sales standards set for department by effectively communicating marketing campaigns and promotions to customers.
• Provided quality customer service, providing requested information and resolving complaints.
• Created sales tracking tool using Excel, maintaining accurate records of monthly sales and increasing call and data entry accuracy.
