About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Attending customer inbound client inquiries
2. Coordinating with the production team and sending quotations for inquiries
3. Maintaining records of all the leads in the company's software
4. Following up on queries
5. Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
6. Seeking out new sales opportunities actively through cold calling, networking, and social media
7. Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
8. Negotiating/closing deals and handling complaints or objections
+. Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing it with internal teams
10. Managing the social media pages of the company
1. Excellent communication (Hindi & English) and a passion for sales
2. Familiar with social media platforms
3. Able to work with a close-knitted team
4. Able to identify and leverage the latest sales/marketing trends
