Key responsibilities:
• Call prospects and explain the product and services offered by the company
• Understand customers' requirements by asking questions and closing the deal
• Take and process product orders in a professional manner
• Meet and exceed sales target set by the organization
• Build and maintain positive relationships with future and existing prospects
• Keep a record of every customer interaction and sales activities
• Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers
• Sync up and coordinate with Business Development team to drive sales

Requirements:

1. Ability to change the communication style on unusual events and as per customer

2. Having the capability to receive critics without internalizing them

3. Hands-on with computers and any CRM tool

4. Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills
