BLAST-OFF Fireworks is Canada's OFFICIAL supplier of family fun! We specialize in the importation and distribution of consumer fireworks to over 4600 retailers across the country, and we're seeking full-time Sales Associates to grow our portfolio in 2026.
We’re looking for talented individuals - with past in-person or telephone sales experience - for a call-centre style of environment. You should have something to prove, and be ready to hit the ground running with a tried and tested sales system where telephone is the primary method of contact.
Responsible for both national and independent accounts, our selected candidates will assume the responsibility for defined sales territories - providing service to existing customers, and identifying and signing new accounts.
As a Sales Associate, you will be have unparalleled room to grow and develop, while making your mark within our organization. Not everyone will make the cut… self-starting individuals with sales experience, telephone experience, drive, focus, and ambition will receive preference. Using your superior interpersonal skills, you are able to successfully convert prospective client opportunities into results.
While English is the prominent language used within our sales system, the ability to communicate in other languages is a HUGE plus (please make mention of this in your application). Languages of specific interest include French, Hindi, and Punjabi.
The position of Sales Associate is a permanent, year-round, full-time position, with a flexible schedule. The longer you commit to the role, the greater success (and monetary reward) you will realize for your efforts.
