Position Description

RTS Consulting Automation is seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative (Value Engineering Analyst) to focus on expanding our Manufacturing Execution Solutions (MES) consulting business. This role will play a key part in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and supporting the growth of RTS’s consulting services. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive, client-focused approach, an aptitude for consultative selling, and a strong desire to drive results within the manufacturing and MES landscape.

Qualifications: • Experience: 2+ years in inside sales, sales development, or lead generation, ideally within the MES or manufacturing consulting industry. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
