Inside Sales Representative - Cybersecurity & Cloud Solutions
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team specializing in Cybersecurity products and Cloud solutions.
About the Role:
• Proactively engage with potential customers via phone, email, and other channels to understand their needs and position our Cybersecurity and Cloud solutions effectively.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations remotely to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through lead generation and qualification.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to transition qualified leads and opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide insights and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Inside Sales or similar role preferably in the Cybersecurity or Cloud services industry.
• Strong understanding of Cybersecurity products and Cloud technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and relationships over the phone and through virtual meetings.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
• Experience using CRM software e.g. Salesforce and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
