Job Description :
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound calling, email/LinkedIn interactions
Responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
Build business relationships with current and potential clients
To identify business potential across sectors like BFSI, Retail, Banking, Telecom, ICT, Shipping and Logistics, Retail, Manufacturing, FMCG etc.
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
Collaborate with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
Grow and maintain a deep and wide set of contacts across all lines of business and industry
Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
REQUIREMENTS
The candidate should possess the following qualifications, skills and experience:
Understanding and prior experience of IT outsourcing/Consulting and Recruitment Industry is must.
Experience working for APAC region is must.
Markets covered - Singapore, Malaysia ,Philippines and UAE also can be considered.
Route qualified leads to outside sales team by initiating appointments.
Maintain strong MIS of all leads and accounts.
Have a strong eye for research and ability to scout for new prospects, identify the key players in an industry and gather interest.
3+ years of experience in lead generation, cold calling and sales.
Ability to work independently, and as an active member of a team
Hands- on experience on networking, building client relationships
Process-oriented sales approach, including strong lead generation experience, conduct workshops, forecasting, negotiation, and analytic skills
