Role Description
This is a full-time Inside Sales Specialist role in Mumbai. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, customer satisfaction, communication, and customer service. The role involves a combination of proactive outreach and following up on inbound leads, and requires an ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and how The CAD Co. can be of service.
Qualifications
• Experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills and customer service experience
• Ability to build relationships and maintain a positive attitude when encountering challenges
• Familiarity with CRM software and inside sales tools
• Fluency in English would be beneficial
• 1-3 tears of sales experience
• hybrid working
• Willingness to work in different time zones
