Our mission is to create a million problem solvers by developing their Higher Order Thinking Skills by going beyond the school curriculum. The programs are offered online by our trained and certified instructors. We have trained over 50,000 students across the world in the last 4 years. Wizklub offers research-based education programs designed to develop future skills across Comprehension, Critical Thinking, and Mathematical aptitude in kids from the age group of 6 – 14 years. Our aim is to empower kids to learn and develop comprehensive skills to solve real-world problems using practical approaches. The company is now tying up with schools across India and the programs would be conducted in the Wizklub lab set up inside the school.

Job Responsibilities:
As an Engagement Manager, you will be part of one of the most important functions of the company responsible for overall customer engagement and retention.
The main job responsibilities include:
• Being responsible for a set of student accounts
• Being responsible for monthly retention and revenue targets
• Tracking student performance and attendance metrics
• Managing and closing escalations
• Scheduling calls with respective instructors to get feedback on students
• Executing orientation and cycle calls for engaging with parents
• Discussing report and program extension plan
The role demands a good sense of empathy and conviction.
You will get to closely work with both the internal teams and paid customers.
