Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (US Shift)
Requirement
• Proven inside sales experience preferably US
• Record of accomplishment of over-achieving lead generation targets
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM and other marketing tools
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening, Presentation skills, and Analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Good knowledge of the IT services industry
Ideal Candidate
• Qualification: Any degree
• Experience: 7-10 years: In an inside sales/ demand generation role of a large/ mid-sized IT firm
• Candidate needs to have a very good understanding of the IT industry
• Excellent communication (non-negotiable)
• Must have experience in the North American market with good sales cycle exposure
• Will be predominantly involved in Lead and demand generation
• Would be directly working with sales and field marketing teams | Research, Market Intel, account intel, build, and develop go-to-market strategy, Marketing plans, get an agreement with sales & marketing teams, end-to-end campaign management, Reporting & Dashboarding, open up more revenue avenues for account
