Role – Inside Sales

Work Location: Gurgaon

Qualification: Graduate / Post-Graduate

Experience: 1+ Years

Day-to-day responsibilities:
• New customer acquisitions across multiple products like unsecured, secured, and semi-secured finance (preferably working capital/business loans)
• Collect relevant financial documents from the client for risk evaluation.
• Strong expertise in sales and operations.
• Business Development
• Lead Generation
• Solving Customer Queries
• Serving as a representative of the company in front of customers
• Handle Customer Queries at independent level along with inter-departmental coordination

What we look for:

· The candidate should have at least 1 years of experience in sales and operations.

· Basic understanding of working capital loans, business loans, letters of credit, bank guarantees, overdrafts, etc.

· Should be able to pitch financial products to businesses and handle backend operations as well.

· Exposure to the banking and financial services industry

· Self-motivated and proactive individuals.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Hunger to grow in the company and add value to the SMEs nationwide.

· Should be comfortable in a client-facing role.
