• Previous working experience in Back office Sales Support in the CNC Machine sales or production company
• Proficient in handling inquiries, making quotations, order booking and contract/order review
• Experience of handling customer queries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solver with a strong analytical mindset
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Hands-on experience with Sales ERP.
• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create reports
• Proficient knowledge of Excel, Word PowerPoint. Formatting a workbook/document, alignment, page setup, Excel formulas etc.
• Solution oriented mind-set and ensure seamless interaction between sales , marketing, application, finance teams
