Position: Inside Sales Specialist

You will leverage your sales expertise to identify opportunities, nurture leads, and convert them into satisfied customers. Responsibilities:
• Prospect and identify potential clients within large enterprises through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and social media.
• Engage with leads, understand their unique needs and challenges, and effectively communicate the value proposition of iona.ai's onboarding platform.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of iona.ai's solution.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales interactions and activities in the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of successful experience in inside sales, preferably in the HR technology.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and articulate technical concepts.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software.
