• Give personalized product demonstrations
• Manage end to end sales process
• Presales customer support
• Experience working with a CRM
• Make reports/presentations/proposals
• Work closely with product development & marketing team
• Man the trade show booths
Required
• Proven SaaS sales experience (5+ years)
• Excellent communication skills for handling global clients
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Negotiation skills
• US Visa
Nice to have
• Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
• Languages - Spanish/Mandarin/Arabic (in addition to English)
