Job Title : Inside Sales Specialist(Health & Wellness)

Salary : Based on skills and experience
About the Role:
We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities. The role involves engaging customers over calls and understand customer health needs, offering suitable plan and convert into paid client. This role involves strong customer relationship and regular followups.
Responsibilities:
Contact and engage leads to explain nutrition, fitness and wellness programs.
Understand the customer health needs and suggest the suitable program.
Engage and maintain relationship with clients to follow up and finalize the payment.
Convert leads into clients to achieve targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, activities and sales in CRM.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in inside sales( health & wellness industry).
Any Bachelor's degree(Nutrition background is an add on).
Ability to work in fast paced and target oriented environment
Strong communication in Kannada, Telugu, Hindi and English.
