Job Description:
• Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Handling customer queries in terms of generating opportunities
• Keeping regular updates on products and processes for lead generation
• Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Keeping regular updates on competing products
• Researching and mining the database for outbound calls.
• Creating a pipeline for opportunities
• To maintain an efficient and harmonious working environment among employees, clients and managers.
Required Skill & Qualification
• Any Graduate/ HSC passed
• Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM software & other computer basic knowledge
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong listening and sales skills.
• Ability to achieve targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
