Roles and Responsibilities
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Contact potential clients via phone, chats and emails
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Customise product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Build reports to present to the manager
Build and provide a best-in-class customer experience
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
Opportunities are available for B2C as well B2B

Desired Candidate Profile
12th Pass (with experience)/Undergrad/Any graduate can apply
Experience/fresher can apply
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with good command of the English language
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-starter who is comfortable with a goal-driven fast-paced and always-on environment
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (eg: inbound, outbound)
Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment
Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Strong follow-up skills and a strong desire to succeed
Experience with CRM software and MS Excel
