In this role you will
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insights Analytics Manager to join our dynamic Acquisition Crew. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, data visualisation, CRO, and experimentation, with a passion for driving business growth through data-driven insights. This role will play a critical part in shaping our marketing strategies and optimising our product offering.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the analysis of marketing & product data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
Develop and maintain interactive data visualisations and dashboards using Power BI to communicate key metrics and performance indicators.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to gather and analyse data requirements.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Help to design and execute CRO experiments to optimise customer journeys and improve conversion rates.
Provide actionable recommendations to improve customer acquisition and overall marketing effectiveness (e.g attribution model).
Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Lead Unloan's acquisition performance meeting and proactively uncover insight that help drive decision-making to leadership.
Unloan's marketing and product teams to become 'self-sufficient' in use of data and insights.
Collaborate with insights leadership team to develop strategy and roadmap for the Acquisition team.
We're interested to hear from people who have:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably in a fintech, e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
Proficiency in data visualisation tools, particularly Power BI.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
Experience with CRO and designing experiments to test hypotheses and improve conversion rates.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with SQL (preferably BigQuery), Python, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
Familiarity with GenAI is a must
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
