The Role
As the Clinical Lead, you will oversee clinical governance, manage clinical teams, and ensure that insourcing services align with NHS standards and frameworks. You will be pivotal in ensuring seamless collaboration between insourced clinicians and NHS staff, maintain clinical excellence, and meeting performance targets.
What You’ll Need
• Proven experience in a senior insourcing clinical role within the NHS or healthcare sector
• Strong understanding of NHS clinical governance, regulatory requirements, and service frameworks.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, influence stakeholders, and drive clinical improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaboration between insourced teams and NHS staff.
