Inspector – Kitchen Department
Main Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections of fire suppression systems in commercial kitchens (hoods, nozzles, extinguishing agent bottles, triggering devices, etc.).
Verify that installations comply with fire safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Identify anomalies, defective parts, or potential risks and recommend the necessary corrective actions.
Carry out Perform functional tests to ensure proper system operation.
Produce detailed inspection reports, including observations and recommendations.
Collaborate with the kitchen service team to schedule inspections and meet deadlines.
Provide quality customer service, clearly explaining inspection results and offering practical advice for system maintenance.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of standards and technologies specific to kitchen fire suppression systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Knowledge of commercial kitchen fire suppression systems (an asset, paid on-site training available).
Good technical skills, ability to diagnose and resolve problems.
Excellent communication skills communication and customer service.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Rigor in report writing and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license.
Job Features
