We are seeking a qualified Dance Instructor to join our team.

Job description:

A dynamic and creative dance teacher is required to teach children aged 6-16 in an online setting. The ideal candidate will have a humble nature with empathetic values, enabling them to connect with younger students.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting engaging activities, developing interactive classrooms, and ensuring that students enjoy the course.

Dance Teacher Responsibilities:

• Teach children in an online setting.

• Humble nature with empathetic values to connect with younger children.

• Conducting creative activities and developing interactive classrooms.

• Ensure that students enjoy the course.

• Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals.

• Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement.

• Conduct Demo Sessions with students and ensure conversions.

• Conduct group and private lessons as required.

• Provide a fun and creative environment.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

• Strong subject knowledge.

• Experience in teaching Dance.

• Relevant working experience.

Requirements:

• Good English & Hindi Communication Skills.

• Mandatory experience in teaching children.

• Laptop and good internet connection is also required.

Salary Structure:

We offer a competitive salary based on performance and qualifications.

Per Session Basis for 9 PM - 1 AM

1 - 25 Sessions: Rs. 165/- per session + Rs. 80/- per demo

25 - 60 Sessions: Rs. 200/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo

61 - 80 Sessions: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo

81 & Above Session: Rs. 300/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demo

Minimum Guarantee:

Rs: 4000/- for the first month; Rs 8000/- for the second month and Rs. 12000/- third month onwards.
