Responsibilities:
• Installation and Setup:
• Install and configure robotic systems at customer sites according to specifications.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and tailor installations to their needs.
• Maintenance and Repairs:
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality of robotic systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, identifying faulty components and implementing repairs promptly.
• Collaborate with remote technical teams for complex problem-solving.
• Testing and Calibration:
• Conduct rigorous testing and calibration of robotic systems to meet performance standards.
• Fine-tune parameters to optimize system efficiency and accuracy.
• Customer Support:
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical queries.
• Train customers on proper operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of robotic systems.
• Documentation:
• Effective documentation of service reports, maintenance procedures, and technical documentation.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in robotics technology and our product offerings.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance expertise.
• Remote Support:
• Assist customers remotely by guiding them through troubleshooting procedures and offering solutions.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Adhere to safety protocols when working with robotic systems, including risk assessment and proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Reporting:
• Provide feedback to internal teams regarding common issues, potential improvements, and customer feedback.
• Travel:
• Travel to customer locations for installations, maintenance, and repairs as required.

Qualifications:.
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related field preferred. Relevant experience and technical certifications may also be considered.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical components of robotic systems.
• Ability to perform mechanical assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of robotic systems.
• Understanding of electrical systems in robotics, including sensors, motor controllers, encoders, and power distribution.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Awareness of safety measures when working with robots, including emergency stop procedures, risk assessment, and safeguarding.
• Problem-Solving Skills:
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Communication:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for customer interactions and team collaboration.
• Customer Focus:
• Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service and building positive relationships.
