Job Summary
This role involves commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting construction machines at customer sites. Key responsibilities include:
• Commissioning, mandatory, and warranty service of construction machines
• Maintaining machine records and achieving target Mean Time To Repair (MTTR)
• Developing good customer relationships and working with dealer engineers to achieve customer satisfaction
• Exploring spare parts sales and workshop repair opportunities
• Monitoring competition activities and updating superiors
Requirements
• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering with 4-10 years of experience in the earthmoving industry
• Good written and oral communication skills in English and local language
• Ability to travel extensively and work on machines
• Working knowledge of computers (MS Office)

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
