Five Star Bath Solutions is a nationally recognized franchise specializing in hassle-free bathroom remodeling services. We are expanding in the GTA North market and seeking Installers with experience in carpentry, construction, or in-home renovation. As a member of our installation team, you will play a crucial role in executing high-quality installations and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
Perform installation tasks according to company standards and project specifications.
Assemble and install components using hand tools, power tools, or welding equipment.
Collaborate with the project manager and other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, respecting the customer's property.
Communicate effectively with Production Lead, providing updates on the installation progress.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
On site job installation with the support of Installer Helper (may require cutting materials on site)
Pick up job materials from warehouse
Removal of existing tub/shower & demo down to the studs
Adding enhanced backer board
Completing the installation
May require also changing a vanity, interlocking overlay floor tiling, toilet swap, lighting fixture swap
Leveraging software for time, project progress, and job photos at the beginning and end of the day
Ensure proper installation with quality and customer service top of mind
Leveraging Production Lead for problem solving
Full knowledge of the installation process from beginning to end
Other Required Skills and Assets:
Drivers License
Own a Truck/Van/SUV
Comfortable with project management software and technology
Quality and customer service is of the utmost importance
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in plumbing, carpentry, construction, or in-home renovation.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Confidence in experience to work independently
Solid knowledge of hand tools/ power tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
English proficiency, additional languages are a plus.
Driver's license and vehicle required.
