Skill: Medical device,medical instrument,medical Chair,Medical Bed,Hospital furniture .
Provide leadership, direction and build relationships with a network of distribution partners , hospitals, and healthcare institutes to drive sales growth and long-term profitability .
Establish and supervise the distributor network and its sales forces in the assigned territories. . Identify, analyze and assess key market opportunities and develop sales and marketing programs to meet revenue goals . Analyze implications of competitor activities and in association with global marketing, define and implement appropriate actions . Lead in the identification and selection of new or additional distributors when and where applicable. . Build brand awareness among specific geographical networks and sales proliferation. . Target potential projects /select potential customers in the assigned markets and ensure to deliver sales targets through them. . Plan time frame, budget . Early engagement with influence/key decision makers . Understand customer requirements . Initiate and execute promotion programs .
