Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and target potential clients in the HORECA sector and large institutions, fostering relationships to generate sales.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow the HORECA and institutional client base.

Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Gorek Technologies’ product range (domestic oil press/maker machines, commercial oil expellers, food processors, 3D printers, etc.) to provide expert recommendations to institutional clients.

Sales Targets: Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Negotiation & Contracts: Handle negotiations, close deals, and manage contracts with key accounts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

Market Research: Continuously monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and product development teams to align on strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.

Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in institutional sales, particularly in the HORECA or similar sectors.

• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong network within the institutional and HORECA community.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Knowledge of home appliances, kitchen equipment, or commercial machinery is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in the appliances or commercial kitchen equipment industry.

• Familiarity with large-scale procurement processes in institutions, hotels, and restaurants

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
