Job description
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome clients as they enter the store, providing a personalized shopping experience
• Understand clients’ needs and preferences, offering expert advice on fabric choices and tailoring options
• Assist clients in making selections, providing detailed information about products, and helping them visualize final outcomes
• Close sales by building rapport with clients and guiding them through the purchasing process, ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Handle client queries and complaints professionally, ensuring swift resolution to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage and organize the fabric inventory, ensuring all materials are stored correctly and are easily accessible
• Regularly update inventory records and monitor stock levels to ensure availability of popular fabrics
• Maintain the overall appearance and ambiance of the store, ensuring it is clean, organized, and reflective of the House of Sheriff brand
• Manage the store’s daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and transaction processing
• Work closely with the store’s tailoring and design team to ensure seamless communication and order fulfillment
• Provide regular sales reports and feedback to store management, offering insights on client preferences and market trends
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve the store’s performance and client experience
• Possess a keen knowledge of design and trend forecasting
Qualifications
• Prior experience in retail, fashion, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A keen eye for fashion and fabrics
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Proficiency in inventory management software and basic financial reporting
