As the face of our brand in-store, you will be responsible for ensuring our merchandise is displayed in an appealing and visually engaging manner. Design and implement visually appealing displays for all merchandise in-store.
Create and maintain a visually cohesive and on-brand aesthetic throughout the store.
Collaborate with the store manager and visual merchandising team to plan and execute seasonal and promotional displays.
Ensure all merchandise is accurately and strategically placed to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
Regularly review and refresh displays to reflect current trends and promotions.
Maintain proper inventory levels of all visual merchandising materials.
Communicate with corporate visual merchandising team to ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
Train and guide store associates on visual merchandising standards and techniques.
Conduct store walkthroughs to identify and address any visual merchandising needs or issues.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques in visual merchandising to continually improve displays and drive sales.
Work collaboratively with other departments such as buying, marketing, and operations to ensure a cohesive brand message.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Adhere to all safety and security protocols while handling merchandise and equipment.
Represent the Calvin Klein brand and image in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Continuously strive to improve and innovate visual merchandising techniques to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
