Essential Functions
• Work collaboratively with the training team to design and produce engaging learning materials, programs, and tools.
• Utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing training assets.
• Develop asynchronous eLearning and blended learning experiences tailored to both learner and business needs.
• Apply methodologies like ADDIE and Action Mapping to enhance your design process.
• Bring creative solutions and new ideas to the table.
• Stay curious and enthusiastic about learning new technologies and design approaches.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Physical Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Publisher.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with tools such as Vyond or similar animation/video platforms.
• Basic experience in creating or editing short-form videos.
• A strong desire to create meaningful learning experiences in a dynamic environment.
• An openness to exploring how AI can enhance design and development efforts.
