Qualifications
• Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, and E-Learning Development skills
• Content Creation, Storyboarding, and Scriptwriting abilities
• Proficiency in multimedia tools and e-learning authoring software
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Experience in creating engaging and interactive learning content
• Relevant degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
