Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for all stake holders of NMIAL
• Conduct examinations and assessments to evaluate the skills and knowledge of drivers and operators
• Ensure compliance with airside operational regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to individuals undergoing training and examinations
• Collaborate with the aviation operations team to identify areas for improvement in driving and operating practices
• Maintain accurate records of training, examination results, and certification statuses
• Stay updated with the latest developments in airside operational procedures and incorporate relevant changes into training programs
• Participate in the continuous improvement of training materials and resources
• Assist in the development of safety protocols and emergency response procedures for airside operations
Qualifications
Education Qualification:
• Graduate
Experience
• 5-10 years of experience in the Aviation industry
