Job Description
Commissioning & Maintenance of Battery Charger Panel, UPS , Level Sensor, Diapharm type control valves, Butterfly Valves , Actuator type solenoid valve & metal detector , Pressure Transmitter' ,
Knowledge of design cable tray , erection & commissioning MCC, PLC, Panel erection & commissioning ,
Perform Calibration and servicing of electronic and pneumatic instruments and control valves as per schedule.
Perform expansion projects instrumentation works & modification works according to the schedules and plans.
Report log book with 100% accuracy for all observations, breakdowns and action taken with full details, work achieved or in progress and suggestions to improve the efficiency of the equipment's.
Attend malfunctioning or breakdown of instruments in the plant area.
Attend equipment malfunctioning or breakdown to ensure
Tel lines,RPL ACC lines, RPL Gamma line, RPL Forming, RPL Old machines, Binder, Batch, Electrical Furnace, Forehearth and Utility at targeted time efficiency in order to achieve KIMMCOs ISO +001-2000 Quality Assurance System requirements
Perform planned & preventive maintenance as per System Engineers schedule without delay & 100% without repeat job.
Perform the routine checking of all instruments and PLC’s in the factory.
Perform updating & familiarizing drawings according to the modification made.
Ensure proper tool using & safekeeping, cleanliness of work areas & equipment's.
Ensure all the time safe working with all necessary safety guidelines.
