Position : Instrumentation Technician – CETP Plant

Experience : 3 to 5 Year

Qualification : ITI

Location : Palsana -Surat

Salary : upto 25000/- PM

• Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of instruments such as flow meters, pH meters, pressure gauges, transmitters, controllers, and other monitoring devices.

• Troubleshoot instrumentation issues, identify faults, and execute corrective actions promptly.

• Install, configure, and test new instrumentation systems and ensure proper integration with control systems.

• Monitor and maintain SCADA systems, PLCs, and other automation systems as required.

• Ensure accurate recording and documentation of calibration activities and maintenance logs.

• Adhere to safety standards and protocols during instrumentation work.

• Assist in developing preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.

• Collaborate with the operations and maintenance team for continuous improvement of plant performance.

• Participate in shutdown maintenance activities and ensure timely completion.

• Maintain inventory of instrumentation spares and requisition materials as needed.

• Comply with company policies, procedures, and environmental regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
