Insurance Accounts Receivable Professional

This position requires expertise in Insurance Accounts Receivable, particularly in the RCM space, with a minimum of 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have exposure to US healthcare and insurance landscape and a proven track record of seeing projects through to completion, thorough follow-through, and an ability to work independently with a strong attention to detail.

The candidate will be able to solve complex problems, driven to ask questions and find solutions, with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles and receivables management. Experience working in shared services environment with productivity targets is also required. Additionally, prior experience of at least 2 years in Insurance Accounts Receivable in primary healthcare setting and leading or being part of a team that worked on a Six Sigma belt project / Kaizen / Lean projects is preferred.
