Leverage internal tools and systems to deliver fast turnaround times on quoting and binding while ensuring all documentation and client files are clean, accurate, and audit ready (e.g., in HubSpot).
Deliver fast, and build trust through education and clear guidance, minimizing client drop-off during the process.
Adhere to Summit’s sales workflows, manage the pipeline status diligently, and utilize quote/bind platforms efficiently to ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory requirements.
Provide constructive feedback to underwriting and product teams on market trends, and partner with marketing on lead quality insights to support the development of new offerings and demonstrate clear improvement in commercial insurance knowledge and technical competency
