By providing comprehensive and accessible solutions, it has established itself as a leader in the fintech and insurance sectors.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for an Insurance Agent at Policybazaar.com, based in Bengaluru. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for meeting clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing them with suitable insurance solutions. Responsibilities include managing insurance sales, building and maintaining relationships with clients, offering expert advice on insurance products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves working in collaboration with teammates and aligning with the companys mission to offer reliable insurance solutions.QualificationsExperience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance BrokerageStrong knowledge of Finance and financial solutionsProficiency in providing excellent Customer Service and maintaining client relationshipsAbility to effectively communicate, build rapport with clients, and identify their insurance needsProactive problem-solving skills and an outcome-driven approachUnderstanding of the Indian insurance market and related regulations is a plusBachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
