Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Agent, located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for identifying client needs, offering customized insurance solutions, and building lasting customer relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include selling and managing insurance policies, providing advice on coverage options, coordinating with insurance brokers, analyzing financials, and delivering exemplary customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Collaboration with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain compliance with industry regulations will also be essential.
Qualifications
Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage experience
Strong skills in Customer Service and relationship management
Solid knowledge of Finance and the ability to assess client needs
Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a team in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and meeting sales targets
Relevant certifications or licenses in the insurance industry are an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
