Pr Process Broker Changes, Assignment of Commissions,
Merger Acquisitions, Tax ID Consolidations in a timely and accurate manner.
Job Responsibilities
Review and research change requests to determine required processing.
Create online processing folders to transaction documentation.
Update all relevant Broker systems.
Send email communications pertaining to Receipt of Request, Notification of Receipt, Request for missing information and Confirmations of Completion.
Perform follow-ups and escalations as needed.
Index all documentation onto WorkDesk
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education
Bachelor's degree (Any Stream) or diploma with a minimum of 15 years of education.
Experience
. 2-4 years
Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
Computer navigation skills
Keyboarding and data entry speed (minimum 30 wpm with +0% accuracy)
Minimum knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Is able to communicate proficiently in English.
Understanding and comprehension of the English language.
Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment
